Welcome to my first try at this! I'm offering LS/GF/Vegan-Friendly Spice Blends. These are recipes that I've developed for restaurants over the many years in this crazy industry we call home. The difference in my blends is that I use the bare minimum of salt, that way you control what you think is proper. The best thing about this is you use only a third of what you get off the shelf of a local store. I've put up a section with a few common recipes in a section below to get an idea of what i use them for.

Dressings and Marinades
Low Sodium/Gluten Free Dressings. These are the dry ingredients only. You will need the Oil/Vinegar, Mayonnaise...ect. Each Item is used for 2 Quarts of dressing, or 1 Quart of Marinade.

These will require you to just add water, and a protein /veggies. Each Item is used for 2 gallons of soup.
